    Ticlopidine  is an antiplatelet drug in the thienopyridine family.


    – To reduce the risk occurrence and recurrence of stroke (accidente vascular cerebral) in patients who have previously undergo, at least, one of the following process: complete thrombotic stroke, minor stroke, reversible ischemic neurologic deficit, transient ischemic attack (TIA) including transient monocular blindness.

    – Prevention of ischemic stroke especially coronary, in patients with intermittent claudication from arteriopathy arteriosclerosis in the lower members.

    – Prevention and correction of platelet problems caused by extracorporeal circuits: surgery with extracorporeal circulation, chronic hemodialysis.

    – Prevention of sub-acute occlusions after STENT coronary implant, or others coronary surgical procedures.

    Diltiazem is a non-dihydropyridine (DHP) member of the group of drugs known as benzothiazepines, which are a class of calcium channel blockers, used in the treatment of hypertension, angina pectoris, and some types of arrhythmia.


    – Treatment of angina pectoris – prevention of angina attacks in patients with chronic coronary failure or angina pectoris, vasospastic angina (Prinzmetal’s angina) after myocardial infarction.

    – Treatment of hypertension.

    Nimesulide is a relatively COX-2 selective, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgetic and antipyretic properties which inhibits the enzyme called cyclooxygenase.

    -         Primary dysmenorrhoea.

  • Description

    Ceftazidime a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. Like other third-generation cephalosporins, it has broad spectrum activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.


    Kefadim is indicated for the treatment of patients with infections caused by susceptible strains of the designated organisms in the following diseases:

    -               Lower respiratory tract infections

    -               Skin and skin-structure infections

    -               Bone and joint infections

    -               Urinary tract infections

    -               Gynecologic infections

    -               Intra-abdominal infections, including peritonitis

    -               Septicaemia

    -               Central nervous system infections, including meningitis. In cases of meningitis it is recommended to wait for the sensitivity test results before starting single treatment with Ceftazidime.

    Kefadim can be used as a single drug treatment in cases of established or suspected sepsis. It can also be used simultaneously with other antibiotics such as aminoglycosides in severe and life-threatening infections and in immunocompromised patients.
