Furoser contains the active substance furosemide. Furosemide is a diuretic, which is a medicine that increases the urine output.

Indications

Furosemide is used to treat:

• swelling caused by excess fluid in the tissues, occurring in patients with:
• heart disease;
• liver disease;
• kidney disease. This also includes a kidney disease with massive protein loss, increased fat levels and swelling through fluid accumulation. If you have this particular kidney disease, treatment of the underlying disorder has priority.
• high blood pressure

Description

Vale contains two different substances called sacubitril and valsartan. It is a medicine known as an angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor.
Vale is used to treat a certain type of chronic heart failure in adults, children, and adolescents.
This type of heart failure occurs when the heart is weak and cannot pump enough blood to the lungs and the rest of the body. The most common symptoms of heart failure are breathlessness, fatigue, tiredness and ankle swelling.

Indications

Vale is used to treat symptomatic chronic heart failure:

• in adults with reduced ejection fraction;
• in children and adolescents (one year and older) with left ventricular systolic dysfunction.

Indications

For the treatment of the following diseases and conditions in which a reduction in gastric acid secretion is indicated:

• duodenal ulcer;
• benign gastric ulcer;
• symptoms caused by reflux of gastric juice into the oesophagus;
• other hypersecretory conditions (e.g. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome).

Dapagliflozin Tchaikapharma contains the active substance dapagliflozin. It belongs to a group of medicines called “sodium glucose co-transporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitors”. They work by blocking the SGLT2 protein in your kidney. By blocking this protein, blood sugar (glucose), salt (sodium) and water are removed from your body via the urine.

Indications

Dapagliflozin Tchaikapharma is used:

• in adults and children for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus as an adjunct to diet and physical activity:
• as monotherapy when the use of metformin is considered inappropriate due to intolerance;
• as an add-on to other medicinal products for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus;
• in adults for the treatment of symptomatic chronic heart failure;
• in adults for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.
