    Pretimectal (trimetazidine dihydrochloride) is intended for use in adult patients, in combination with other medicines to treat angina pectoris (chest pain caused by coronary disease).

    Indications

    Pretimectal is indicated in adults as add-on therapy for the symptomatic treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris who are inadequately controlled by or intolerant to first-line antianginal therapies.

    Subject to medical prescription.

    Concentration and pharmaceutical form: 35 mg modified-release tablets

    Rossta belongs to a group of medicines called statins. Rossta is used to correct the levels of fatty substances in the blood called lipids, the most common of which is cholesterol.

    Indications

    Treatment of hypercholesterolaemia
    Adults, adolescents and children aged over 10 years with primary hypercholesterolaemia (type IIa including heterozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia) or mixed dyslipidaemia (type IIb) as an adjunct to diet when response to diet and other non-pharmacological treatments (e.g. exercise, weight reduction) is inadequate. Homozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia as an adjunct to diet, as well as with other lipid-lowering treatment (eg LDL apheresis) or when this treatment is not appropriate.

    Prevention of cardiovascular events
    Prevention of major cardiovascular events in patients who are estimated to have a high risk for a first cardiovascular event, as an adjunct to correction of other risk factors.

    Olsart belongs to a group of medicines called angiotensin-II receptor antagonists. They lower blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels.

    Indications

    Olsart is indicated for:
    – treatment of essential hypertension in adults;
    – treatment of hypertension in children and adolescents from 6 to 18 years of age.

    Tamayra contains two active substances: ramipril and amlodipine.

    Ramipril works by:
    – decreasing body’s production of substances that could raise blood pressure;
    – making blood vessels relax and widen;
    – making it easier for your heart to pump blood around your body.

    Amlodipine works by:
    – relaxing and widening blood vessels, so that blood passes through them more easily.

    Indications

    The fixed dose combination is indicated for the treatment of hypertension as substitution therapy in adult patients with blood pressure adequately controlled with ramipril and amlodipine concurrently given at the same dose levels but as separate medicinal products.
