    Bisor belongs to a family of medicines called beta-blockers. By blocking cardiac β-receptors, the heart rate and stroke volume of the heart are decreased, as well as the oxygen consumption of the myocardium. The antihypertensive effect of β-blockers is due to inhibition of plasma renin activity.

    Indications

    Bisor is indicated for the treatment of:
    – hypertension;
    – chronic stable angina pectoris.

    Concentration and pharmaceutical form: 5 mg, 10 mg tablets

  • Description

    Betablockade contains metoprolol – selective β1 receptor blocker used in the treatment of a number of diseases of the cardiovascular system, especially hypertension.

    Indications

    Betablockade is used for the treatment of:
    – hypertension;
    – angina pectoris;
    – heart arrhythmia, particularly supraventricular tachycardia;
    – prophylactic treatment to prevent cardiac death and re-infarction following the acute phase of a myocardial infarction;
    – palpitations due to functional cardiac disorders;
    – prophylaxis of migraine;
    – stable symptomatic heart failure (NYHA II-IV, left ventricular ejection fraction < 40%), combined with other therapies for heart failure.

    Concentration and pharmaceutical form: 50 mg, 100 mg prolonged-release tablets

    Ceftriaxon-Tchaikapharma is an antibiotic given to adults and children (including newborn babies). It works by killing bacteria that cause infections. It belongs to a group of medicines called cephalosporins.

    Indications

    Indications
    Ceftriaxon-Tchaikapharma is used to treat infections of:
    – the brain (meningitis)
    – the lungs;
    – the middle ear;
    – the abdomen and abdominal wall (peritonitis);
    – the urinary tract and kidneys;
    – bones and joints;
    – the skin or soft tissues;
    – the blood;
    – the heart;
    – to treat specific sexually transmitted infections (gonorrhoea and syphilis);
    – to treat patients with low white blood cell counts (neutropenia) who have fever due to bacterial infection;
    – to treat infections of the chest in adults with chronic bronchitis;
    – to treat Lyme disease (caused by tick bites) in adults and children including newborn babies from 15 days of age;
    – to prevent infections during surgery.

  • Description

    Co-Enalapril-Tchaikapharma contains a combination of enalapril and hydrochlorothiazide. Enalapril is angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, which lowers blood pressure by widening blood vessels. Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic, which lowers blood pressure by excreting more water and salts by the kidneys.

    Indications

    Co-Enalapril-Tchaikapharma is indicated for the treatment of:
    – essential hypertension that cannot be treated with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor monotherapy.
