In 2024, Chaikapharma continued to expand its portfolio with six new products for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases – diuretics, antihypertensives and antithrombotic agents.

Key corporate events in 2024:

Capital increase: In June, the General Meeting of Shareholders resolved to increase the company’s capital by 7.3 million BGN from its own funds. The issue of new shares was officially registered by the Financial Supervision Commission on 30 July 2024, bringing the registered capital to B 91.80 million BGNB .
Market capitalisation: Thanks to investor interest, at the end of 2024 the company consolidated its position on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), surpassing the threshold of 1 billion leva in market capitalisation.
Credit rating: In July 2024, the Bulgarian Credit Rating Agency (BCRA) affirmed the company’s long-term credit rating at BBB-, but changed the outlook from ‘stable’ to ‘positive’.
