Description
Klacar belongs to the group of macrolide antibiotics. Macrolide antibiotics are medicines that inhibit or stop the growth of certain microorganisms (bacteria) that cause various infections.
Indications
Klacar is used to treat infections such as:
– Lower respiratory tract infections, such as bronchitis and pneumonia;
– Throat and sinus infections;
– Skin and soft tissue infections, such as folliculitis, cellulitis or erysipelas;
– Infections caused by certain types of bacteria – Mycobacteriae;
– Helicobacter pylori infection associated with duodenal ulcer disease.
