Biser has been the Chief Executive Officer of Tchaikapharma High Quality Medicines Inc. since 2012, leading Bulgaria’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in complex prescription generics. Tchaikapharma is the largest company on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange by market cap. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and insurance as part of the Commercial League Group, he has successfully managed and still today, is initiating projects in pharmaceutical distribution, production, and healthcare services. He holds a master’s degree in System and Electrical Engineering from Odessa Technical University (Ukraine) and Health Management from the Medical University of Pleven.

Silvia started working at Tchaikapharma High Quality Medicines in 2001, when she was still a pharmacy student. Over the course of 24 years, she has gradually climbed up the “steps” of the company group and held key positions in various units, developing her experience and professionalism. Today she is the Marketing Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Tchaikapharma High Quality Medicines Inc. She successfully manages her marketing team of 50 people nationwide. She is actively involved in significant strategic projects for the company group. At the Medical University Sofia, she obtained a Master’s degree in Pharmacy and a Master’s degree in Public Health and Health Management.
