With the decision of 25.05.2015, the Financial Supervision Commission confirmed the supplement to the prospectus for capital increase and the admission to trading of another 6.1 million shares of Tchaikapharma High Quality Medicines Inc.

Based on the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders as of 28.04.2015, the capital of the company was increased by profit capitalization and currently amounts to BGN 49.6 million.

After confirmation from the BSE the difference of 6.1 million shares, which are not currently available, will be allowed for trading.
