At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia AD, the following decision was taken in Protocol 19 / 13.05.2015:

In connection with the submitted application pursuant to Art. 17, Para. 1 of Part III, Rules for Admission to Trading, the Board of Directors of the BSE-Sofia, pursuant to Art. 31, Para. 8 of the same, admitted to trading on the Main Market of the BSE, Segment stocks “Standard”, issued by Tchaikapharma High Quality Medicines AD. The issue is assigned stock ticker: 7TH.
