    The active ingredient of Cardesart is Candesartan cilexetil. It belongs to group of drugs called angiothensin II receptor antagonists. It acts by dilatation of your blood vessels. This decreases your arterial blood pressure. It also eases your heart in pumping blood around your body.

    Indications

    • treatment of increased arterial pressure (arterial hypertonia) in adult patients
    • treatment of adult patients with cardiac deficiency and weakened function of cardiac muscle, in addition to treatment with ACE-inhibiting drugs (treating cardiac deficiency)

  • Description

    Isosorbe widens blood vessels and prevents spasms of coronary vessels of the heart. That way it decreases the need of oxygen of the heart muscle. Decreases peripheral resistance of the vessels and leads to decrease in blood pressure.

  • Desctription

    Perindopril is part of group of drugs called ACE-inhibitors. It acts by dilatation of the blood vessels. This makes easier for your heart to pump blood within the body.

    Indications

    • Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertonia)
    • Treatment of cardiac insufficiency (state, where your heart can’t pump enough blood to answer all the needs of the organism)
    • Reduces the risk of cardiovascular incidents like myocardial infarction in patients with stable form of cardiac coronary disease (state, in which flow of blood in the heart is lowered or blocked) and in patients who had myocardial infarction and/or surgery for widening of blood vessels

  • Description

    Cleopa is part of a group of drugs, known as aromatase inhibitors. These drugs inhibit the action of enzyme, called aomatase, that is needed in production of female sex hormones – estrogens, especially in postmenopausal women. Lowering estrogen levels is a way to treat hormone-dependent breast cancer.

    Indications

    • Cleopa is used for treatment of hormone-dependent early breast cancer in postmenopausal women after 2-3 years treatment with tamoxifen.
    • Cleopa is used for teratment of hormone-depedent advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women, when other hormone trearment hasn’t prodused satisfying results.
